Great location
100% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
The apartment is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in New Orleans, only one block off Bayou St.John. Beautiful City Park, race track with its annual Jazz Fest, restaurants, grocers and street cars are in walking distance and it takes only a short ride to the French Quarter. In the back of our peaceful and quiet tropical citrus groove a private patio invites you to relax after an exciting day in the city of music.

The space
Enjoy inspiring city life with a touch of pastoral Louisiana. Just a five minute drive from Bourbon Street the location of the studio with its private entrance and backyard lets you enjoy both, excitement and tranquility. The apartment with its 14 foot high ceilings and hardwood floors was completely re-designed in January of 2020 combining modern and antique pieces. A kitchenette features refrigerator, stove top and microwave. The bathroom has a spacious and comfortable shower. There is a office space next to a queen bed. During the day there is plenty of sunlight but if preferred the studio could be shut off from hot summer days. A ceiling fan and AC/heat unit make it cool or cozy in any weather conditions.

Where you’ll be

New Orleans, Louisiana, United States

Our 19th century Victorian is only one block from Bayou St. John. Some of the oldest colonial structures of New Orleans are located here. Coffee shops, a variety of restaurants from high class to affordable delis, as well as neighborhood grocers are in short walking distance. City Park invites for lovely walks, where you find a world-class art Museum and a sculpture garden, as well as a Café du Monde open 24/7. From here you might take the street car to the French Quarter, where - as we all know- is endless entertainment, music and dining.
