This is a modern guesthouse behind the main house. We live in the main house. The entire guest house with the entrance on the side is yours. The guest house has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, living room. You will have 1 reserved parking space in front of the main house, and plenty of parking on the street. The place is close to everything—quiet and safe neighborhood, close to freeway, supermarket. perfect for a family of 4 but it can accommodate and have bed for 8 people
