I invite you to stay in this centrally located apartment in the most cultural district of Lima: Barranco. It has 24 hour security, is 100% furnished with your comfort in mind and all guests have positively valued the speed of the internet connection for remote work.

The building is residential and you will be able to arrive at the time that suits you best, because it has a concierge 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Also, prior to your arrival I will send you the security protocol for your easy access.

It is modern and has elevators for greater accessibility. You will arrive easily and go to the fifth floor where you will enjoy an incredible view of the city, thanks to the screens in the living room/kitchen that illuminate the entire apartment with natural light.

The apartment has a perfect distribution, exclusive access to wifi and is rigorously supervised to comply with the cleaning and disinfection protocol, so that we (you and I) can have the peace of mind that you will enjoy:

A cozy master bedroom with a double bed, super comfortable, a large closet with hangers and an exit to a beautiful balcony with chairs and table for you to spend pleasant moments.

Two bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and the other at the entrance of the apartment, so that your visitors do not interrupt your privacy. In addition, I will leave cleaning supplies for your personal care such as soap, towel, hair dryer and more!

☆ And if you want to go to the historic center of Lima, 5 meters away is the Balta station of the Metropolitano. This is a high quality public transportation line that runs through Lima on an exclusive route, allowing you to get there in a matter of minutes.

No meetings, events or parties are allowed. Smoking is not allowed.

The apartment has soundproof windows, but being on a main avenue can be noisy, which has never prevented the normal development of remote work among other activities. But I like to communicate it in case you are a very sensitive person to sound, so you can take your precautions.

Barranco is one of the smallest districts of Lima, everything is close by! and you can find everything from luxurious and sophisticated spaces to little neighborhood shops full of art and tradition.

The apartment is very central and you will be able to walk to the famous Malecon Paul Harris. You will have the privilege of being able to walk along the boardwalk with a breathtaking view of the Peruvian coast, continue your route along a street full of picturesque murals, called the "bajada de los baños", and arrive, in a matter of minutes, to its beaches. In the afternoon, you could stroll along the traditional bridge of sighs, one of the most romantic spots in Lima. And at night, let yourself be surprised by its magical nightlife near the central square, located in the heart of the district.

Hi! Are you coming to Peru? You have to know RAVINE, awarded as the bohemian district of the capital of Peru. Every great city has a quintessential eccentric neighborhood, that's Barranco, full of charm, art, and tradition. Recognized as one of the most hipster neighborhoods in the world, it's home to the world's best restaurant: Central. It's definitely my favorite place. I will be happy to make your stay the most unforgettable of all.
