Cancellation & Insurance Policy
• Free Cancellation: Up to 30 days before the arrival date.
• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: 100% fee applies.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the cottage is strictly prohibited. A 120,000 ISK
fine will be charged for violations.
• Hot Tub Policy: If food or alcohol is found in the hot tub, requiring a full
emptying, deep cleaning, and filter change, a cleaning fee of up to 45,000 ISK
will be charged.
• Damage Policy: Any broken or damaged items will be charged at their full
purchase value.

Hella, Iceland

We are located in Hella, a small Icelandic town of 800 inhabitants. In the village there is a swimming pool with jacuzzi, gym, sauna, water slides, gas station, supermarket, liquor store, medical center.
Hella is the perfect place to spend the day visiting the south of Iceland. A central position! We are an hour from Vík, Geysir, Gullfoss, and it is also the starting point to get to Landmannalaugar.
