In the middle of a beautiful Allgäu mountain landscape lies in the picturesque, winding village of Niedersonthofen (municipality of Waltenhofen) directly between Kempten, Sonthofen and Immenstadt on the beautiful Niedersonthofener Lake, in an Alpine-built 500-year-old farmhouse, the rustic-cozy 6-room apartment. Here, laborious craftsmanship and tradition meet paired with plenty of Allgäu nature and hospitality. No expense was spared on attention to detail. Pure farm feeling.

The space
A place to fall in love with – quiet location, detached farmhouse and unobstructed views. Pure relaxation, whether at the grill and fireplace or during a cozy dinner on the balcony with stunning views over the lake and the adjacent fields and forests. Families, friends, couples - there is enough space here for cozy get-togethers as well as opportunities for retreat. This detached farmhouse was built over 500 years ago and has been maintained over the years with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment was created with painstaking craftsmanship. Nature lovers and friends of the craft will have a lot to discover here. Even today you can get access to the stable, the threshing floor and the rustic staircase and courtyard. There are 4 bedrooms with single bed(s) as well as 2 double bedrooms including bedside table, wardrobe, chair, small table. The living and dining area is an ideal place to meet – up to 11 people can be accommodated at the large table, cozy lounging on the homemade couch or cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen (including stove, dishwasher, cookware, 11-fold equipment of cutlery, dishes & glasses, coffee maker and much more.)
