Welcome to The Alfred Fern, your modern two-bedroom flat designed to comfortably host up to five guests. This bright and stylish home is the perfect retreat for families or small groups seeking a well-connected yet peaceful base in the heart of the city.
LIVING AREA Settle into the warm living area, featuring plush carpets and a comfortable sofa bed that provides a cosy sleeping space for an additional guest if needed. Like the rest of the flat, the living room is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Enjoy relaxing evenings with a smart TV equipped with streaming services, or use the dedicated study nook for your work needs. The living area opens onto its own private balcony with stunning vistas of the iconic Lotus Tower. As this flat is located on a higher floor, clear mornings offer a rare treat: spectacular views extending all the way to Adam’s Peak and the Knuckles Mountain Range.
KITCHEN AND DINING Prepare meals in a practical, fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, microwave, and rice maker. A washing machine is included for your convenience, along with a kettle, toaster, and essential dinnerware. Enjoy meals at the simple dining table.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The flat features two air-conditioned bedrooms furnished with beautiful teak beds and quality linens. Every bedroom enjoys the luxury of its own private balcony, allowing for plenty of natural light and fresh air. The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom for added privacy. A second full bathroom is centrally located to serve the rest of the home. Both bathrooms are modern and equipped with showers and essential toiletries.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD Located in the heart of Colombo 03, known as Colpetty, or Kollupitiya. The flat is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac just off the main road near the British Council. This unique location offers the best of both worlds: you are steps away from the city's most vibrant cafes and shops, yet you can retreat to a peaceful sanctuary away from the main road traffic.
Guest access
Guests will have full, private access to the entire flat for the duration of their stay, including all three private balconies.
As our guest, you are also invited to enjoy the building's shared amenities:

-A fitness centre and gym located within the building premises.
-Free and secure on-site parking for one vehicle.
Arrival is designed to be seamless and flexible. You will find a lockbox outside the main door of the flat containing your keys, allowing you to let yourself in at any time that suits your travel schedule.

No parties or large gatherings, please, to keep it peaceful.
Appropriate swimwear is required for use of the pool, and please dry off before entering the lifts.
