This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.

Located conveniently in Port Douglas, Port Douglas Retreat offers self contained / self serviced studio apartments.

Each studio apartment has a king size double bed, separate bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette with 2 burner cooktop, microwave and a bar/undercounter fridge.

Large freeform ( heated in winter) saltwater pool surrounded by a large sundeck and two BBQs attached is a fantastic place to relax.

Tours to the Great Barrier Reef or Daintree rainforest are yours for the choosing.

The space
We are in a great location. Only 3 or 4 minutes walk to the beach, 2 or 3 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants in the main street and only 5 mins walk to the marina for more restaurants and Great Barrier Reef tours.

Guest access
When booking, if a ground floor apartment is required, please notify us when booking. Otherwise, your booking can be allocated on the first floor OR ground floor. First floor is accessed by two sets of stairs (7 steps each).

Other things to note
Office hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, and 8:30am-12 noon Saturday and Sunday. Office hours can be longer during high season.
Please notify us if arriving after hours as we have a procedure in place for late arrivals.
Car parking is limited and is issued on a first come-first served basis. Car parking cannot be reserved/booked.
A free linen service/change is offered on stays of 8 nights or more (mid stay service). Extra linen can always be requested at a small cost.
