Effective April 1st, 2026, a new accommodation tax will be implemented in accordance with the regulations of Asahikawa City and Hokkaido.

Accommodation Tax (per person, per night)
Room rate up to 19,999 JPY: 300 JPY
Room rate 20,000 JPY - 49,999 JPY: 400 JPY
Room rate 50,000 JPY or more: 700 JPY
Airbnb normally collects a lodging tax of 300 yen per person per night through the system.
However, if the tax amount is 400 yen or more per person per night according to local regulations, we will contact you regarding the difference and request the remaining balance through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
In such cases, we will send you a separate message with the details. Thank you for your understanding.

If you want to use more rooms than the number of people booked, we will charge 500 yen for each additional room. Please pay it via airbnb.
If you want to use more rooms than the number of guest you booked, we will charge 500 yen for each additional room per night.
You can put the cash in the cash box we prepared.

One room on the 2nd floor is the storage room for lines so guests are not allowed to get in.
Other things to note
Smoking is prohibited in this room and inside the house grounds.
Dropping cigarette butts could cost you an JPY15,000.
■About check in-out
I ask all the guest Self CHECK-IN/OUT. I usually leave the key locked in the mail box with combination lock. I will give you detailed instructions how to access the house key once you make a reservation.
CHECK-IN: anytime after 3pm.
*EARLY ARRIVAL: There's no storage area for luggage outside of the house.
CHECK-OUT: anytime before 11am.
■Clothes dryer
There is a washing machine but unfortunately no clothes dryer in the house. Please use the laundry pole.
■Portable wifi
No data usage limit.
However if you watch movies, it could be very slow. Please be careful.
■Parking
FREE 24 Hours parking available in front of the house (up to 3 cars).
■About bed room
There are 4 bed rooms in the 1st floor and 2nd floor.
The doors are locked usually.
We will tell you lock number for bed rooms before you arrive via message.
We will charge you extra fee JPY500 each room per night if you want to use over rooms which we offer. Please pay it via airbnb.
When we find evidence of damage and used bed without pay money, we will tell airbnb and charge you extra fee.
【Frequently Asked Questions】
Q. Are there air conditioners in all four bedrooms?
A. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, and each of them has an air conditioner.
There is one bedroom on the first floor, but it does not have an air conditioner.
However, the living room on the first floor is equipped with an air conditioner,
so if you use the bedroom on the first floor, please keep the door open to let the cool air in from the living room.
