Private waterfront single-family home near Umass medical! Modern 1-2 bedroom home with a spacious Master Bedroom and a multi use room that can be used as a 2nd bedroom with it’s full size futon. To clarify, it’s a bassinet not a crib. There is one full bathroom with a full-size tub and ceiling vent. There is a three-season porch with a dining nook which leads out to a large outdoor deck. There are ceiling fans in the living room, Master bedroom and multi-use room. No pets or smokers please.

I've lived in this neighborhood for 16 years because it's a great, family oriented area with of course the lake being the best ammenity! Umass medical is also approximately 2 miles away and there is a beautiful state park less than a mile away! The park has a beach area, public restrooms, tennis courts, a walking/jogging track and picnic area with tables. There is also an indoor ice skating rink across the street from the park where they offer public skating time. There is a plaza less than a mile away that has a Pub 99, Chuck E Cheese, CVS, Chinese Restaurant and Dry Cleaners. In the other direction there are four large plazas with an abundance of eateries, shops and stores.
