Luxury home centrally located in the heart of Phoenix. Walking distance to the Biltmore Shopping Center with restaurants, theatres, and, of course, lots of shopping. Also within walking distance is Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and a major grocery store all next to each other. Home has all the amenities you could ever ask for and more. You can have the privacy of having the entire home to yourself or the luxury of having your own staff come in and cook your meals and make your beds every day. (Additional fee for this service). The home includes wireless internet service, 5 cable TV's throughout the house, and three full size bathrooms. A sectional sofa includes a pull out queen bed allowing total comfortable accommodations. An additional sitting room has a large desk for keeping on top of work if needed, leather sofa, fireplace and cable TV. The sitting room has double doors that can be closed for privacy as well as an outside covered patio to enjoy quiet time to relax or enjoy your favourite book.

Home includes your own private backyard and large covered patio that is more like an outdoor living room with a sectional sofa, side chair, coffee table, and large flat screen cable TV mounted on the wall for outside entertainment.
The backyard also features private pool, and hot tub with a waterfall and water/gas fire feature creating your own oasis in the desert. The backyard also has a professional gas grill as well as a cabana and a fire pit to relax and visit with family/friends in the evenings.

Home offers a very open floor plan including large fully equipped kitchen open to the living room so you can cook and entertain at the same time. Kitchen includes a 5-gas burner stove on the island, stainless steel appliances as well as a built in wine cooler for perfectly chilled red & white wines. The kitchen also has state of the art double ovens and a warming drawer. Supplied with all the dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils you would need plus more.

The home offers a six seat wet bar including built in ice maker and separate refrigerator for grand entertaining. The bar room is well equipped with a full size pool table, additional seating, and a gas fireplace for additional entertainment.
The home has its own front loader washing machine and dryer should you want to wash your clothes during your stay. It is also fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, fresh linens as well as paper towels, bath tissue, and more for your stay.
