This is a family building, built by my grandfather 60 years ago but with renovation of the apartment where you are going to stay.
It is located in a privileged area, a 3-minute walk from Plaza del Negrillón with excellent views of Pico Cueto. It is a quiet area with easy parking at the door of the building.
