The space
This one bedroom in-law apartment is clean, bright and sunny. This spacious apartment features tile flooring, an open kitchen/living room, and one king size bed. If the weather is right, enjoy an outdoor shower under the stars.
Linens, towels, bathing products, beach chairs and a complete kitchen make your stay complete. We have a drip coffee maker and a keurig.

Guest access
The large backyard for guests include a hammock and a private outside shower.

Other things to note
We live on the property, and rent our entire home during the summer on the site, We need a vacation. We are usually fully booked for the summer by February.

Located just off of historic Old Kings Highway, (6A), our neighborhood is private and serene. Most of the homes are seasonal. One of the most sought after Cape Cod towns, East Dennis boasts some of the most beautiful Cape Cod Beaches. Guests will love walking along the neighborhood beach. On a clear day, Provincetown is visible.
Our home is a short walk from Scargo Pottery as well as Eden, creator of the "Dennis" bracelet. The Cape Playhouse is an ambitious mile+ walk to the west. Sesuit Harbor lies just east of us where Sesuit Cafe serves their famous lobster rolls! Marsh side Restaurant, Lost Dog Pub and Scargo Cafe are a few of the many restaurants competing for your pallet during your stay.

We are blessed to live on Cape Cod surrounded by family and life-long friends. We have lived every summer on Cape Cod for our entire lives. We love everything the beach has to offer and rarely leave the Cape in the summer. Bill is an avid golfer and hockey player. Trish enjoys yoga , and traveling as often as possible.
