Super cozy house located in the traditional neighborhood of Belo Horizonte called Barroca. The house is 900 meters from Avenida Silva Lobo where we find a wide variety of shops, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, several restaurants and bars. The night is very busy.
The neighbourhood is central and close to Expominas, Faculdade Newton Paiva, Cefet. Close to the centre of Belo Horizonte and Savassi. Easy access to public transport, 2 blocks from Av Amazonas
The space
The entire place belongs to the guest. It is not shared. The space is cozy and quiet. Well equipped with everything new and functional
It has 500 mb internet, ideal for those who need to work from home.
We do not rent for photo shoots
For longer stays, a fee of 150 reais is charged for a general cleaning that is charged separately at least every 10 days

Smoking is not allowed indoors
- Respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Avoid making noise as there is a neighbour on the floor below
- Don't play loud music to disturb the neighbours
-Always turn off the lights when you are not using the room.
- Before checking out, please leave the dishes clean and take out the trash.
- It is not allowed to lie on the beds or on the sofa with shoes on

The house has 2 cameras at the entrance. If any guest breaks the rule that non-guests are not allowed, Airbnb will be notified immediately
My space was set up with all the affection and attention to every detail. I wish my guests feel the coziness like in their own home.
The space has approximately 35 square meters with an independent entrance. It has a living room,bedroom,kitchen and bathroom. It has an internet of 500 megas and the appropriate place for people who are working from home. The space listed is for the sole and exclusive use of guests.
In the space, the kitchen has a refrigerator,stove, microwave oven, set of pots and pans,cutlery, kitchen utensils,blender,etc.
It is not allowed to make fries or any other kind of frying(pastel frying, hamburger steak etc)
The bedroom has a double bed,with a closet,mirror. Bed linens and bath linens are provided for guests.
The living room has two sofas and a table with 4 chairs.
NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED AND BRING NON-CONDUCTING PEOPLE
SMOKING is not permitted inside or outside the house.
No pets allowed
FRYING IS NOT ALLOWED.
Any item damaged, ruined or broken by guests must be reported and replaced by the guests
FOR LONGER STAYS, A CLEANING is REQUIRED every 10 days, which will be charged to the guest via Airbnb.
If guests need to use the washing machine, you must ask for permission before and pay a fee of 40 reais for washing. Value for water and energy expenditure.
Stays over 10 days must be cleaned in the middle of the period that will be charged to the guest via Airbnb.
A checklist is made before the guest's arrival to check everything in the space. The same checklist will be completed at checkout. Any item that is not in place, is damaged, broken, or requires specialized cleaning will be charged to the guest via Airbnb.
Any rule that guests break will be reported to Airbnb.
