Located in the heart of Luquillo walkable to beaches, restaurants, plaza and Jazz Club. 24 hour gated safe complex with direct access to beach. 5 minutes to other beaches, Luquillo kiosks, 15 minutes to Rain Forest, Fajardo beaches and restaurants, 35 minutes to San Juan airport & metro area make for an ideal location to explore

The space
Comfortable and clean condo with warm touches throughout will be all yours to enjoy with full access to -

*Living Room with a 40" flat screen smart tv with English/Spanish local cable as well as Roku to stream your favorite movie channels. Brand new queen size mattress sleeping sofa with fresh linens.

*Kitchen is fully renovated and equipped with all brand new cabinets, tiled countertops, appliances: refrigerator, stove without oven, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, cutlery, cutting board, pots and pans, etc.

*Bathroom is equipped with brand new toilet with dual water flush, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bath towels, hot water for nice hot showers.

*Master Bedroom with king size bed, fresh linens, view of ocean, sun blocking curtains, brand new a/c wall unit, free standing mirror, walk in closet where you'll find additional bed linens, bath towels, beach towels and iron, hangers with lots of room to place your items.

*Guest Bedroom comes with queen size bed, view of the ocean, sun blocking curtains, brand new a/c wall unit, fresh linens, tall floor mirror and sizable double sliding door closet with hangers and plenty of room for your personal items.

*We kindly ask and recommend you to please rinse or shake off any sand of yourself and or your items before returning to condo to better enjoy your stay as cleaning crew will not be available during your stay.

*Please note this is a 4th floor, located 5 stories up. Unit has an open balcony with standard 48 inch railing. We do not host infants or toddlers at this time, should you be traveling with older children please let us know and we will try to accommodate. Also at times of outages and elevators being out of service would have to be walked up and down. These things typically do not occur for long periods of time and the elevators do run off generators.

Five minutes drive to Los Kioskos for great restaurants and bars. 15 minutes to El Yunque (hikes, waterfalls, horseback riding, zip-lining) all part of the perfect getaway, guaranteed to provide memories that will surely have you coming back for more!

Other things to note
As we know Hurricane Maria caused a lot of damages therefore renovations are underway . West Tower is presently being re-painted and some terraces repaired. Our condo has been fully renovated and is not effected. The East Tower is not under renovations as of yet. Please inquire with us for current status when booking for latest information.

Swimming Pool: open 7 days a week 9:00am- 6:00pm, no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

Beach access open until 6:00pm daily

The unit is located on 5 stories up, there are elevators in the building, at times should the elevators be out please note stairs are required to get up to the unit.

Please note our check in as stated at 4:00pm and 10:00am check out. We offer same day turnover to keep our rates affordable.
Should you need access before or after those hours please consider booking additional day.

Sandy Hills is located in the heart of Luquillo. Directly on La Pared surfing beach. Walk to the plaza to several restaurants, bars and shops as well as a local jazz club.
5 minute walk to another beautiful beach Playa Azul.
Some of our favorites places to eat are Boardrider's Surf Bar & Grill, Simply Food Truck, La Fonda Gourmet, Pizza To Go, Chelo's Liquor Store, Pan Rico Bakery, shopping at Mar ConTodo for men's and women's beach and island wear. Nearest super market "Amigo" located block behind Wendy's/KFC/Walgreens off main highway RT. 3. Post office, Hospital & Police Precinct up the street from bakery.
15 minutes from rainforest activities, 15 minutes from Fajardo's beaches and charter boats, less than 40 minutes to SJU airport and San Juan area makes for an ideal location to explore northern and eastern Puerto Rico!
