Located close enough to Nashville that you can still enjoy a night out in the city or stay local and enjoy dinner at the marina or drinks at the local brewery.

The space
You'll have full access to the entire house, which was recently remodeled with new granite counters, stainless steel appliances, freshly painted and expertly decorated. Plenty of parking for your entire group. There is a shared basketball hoop and half football field with the neighboring house. Playground equipment for the little ones also. Fully fenced yard!

**This house is not wheelchair accessible. There is no living space on the first floor as it is built on stilts. All living space is on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
