Wheeler's Court is a four bedroom, newly refurbished 3 storey townhouse situated behind electric gates with secure carpark.

Wheeler's Court is located in the heart of Stratford upon Avon; seconds from where He was born and the Schoolrooms. One minute's walk to the RSC, New Place and restaurants of Sheep Street, only 2 minutes to Shakespeare's birthplace, the Town's amenities and High Street shops.

20 minutes to the South starts the magnificence of The Cotswolds...

The space
Our home is a clean fresh space, living and dining areas are perfect to plan your Shakespearian adventure. Four bedrooms, the Master with Philippe Starck black ensuite, the three remaining bedrooms sharing a modern family bathroom. Our kitchen maybe small, but has all the amenities you'll need for your stay, large fridge/freezer and Nespresso machine, everything else as you'd expect is listed within the description. We will leave a few basics in the fridge and cupboards too...
Secure off road parking within the courtyard can be made available under separate arrangement.
Town centre location, really, you couldn't be more central. There are 4 pubs / bars / restaurants within 30 meters, dozens more within 300....

Wheeler’s Court is a modern, secure, newly renovated, spacious three storey property situated off Scholar’s Lane, in the heart of Stratford upon Avon.
It benefits from electric gates and secure car parking.
On the ground floor the entrance hallway provides access to the kitchen on the right, stairs and utility to the left and living room and dining room straight ahead...
The kitchen is equipped with a brand new Bosch fridge freezer, Neff oven with gas hob and Smeg dishwasher. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, Dualit toaster and a kettle as well as a generous supply of kitchen utensils, dinnerware and pots and pans.
The lounge offers seating spaces for up to ten people with a triple white leather sofa, three armchairs. There is a B&O TV & audio, a DVD player. An Apple AirPort express ensures music can be streamed throughout the house. Sky TV can be accessed through all of the rooms B&O TV’s.
The dining table can be extended to accommodate ten, but it can also lends itself as a quiet working space. The french doors in the dining room provides access to a cosy sheltered and secure walled patio garden with pot plants and climbers.
Staircase leads to the first floor. There are two double bedrooms: a small and a large one on the first floor. The first bedroom has a small double bed and two bedside tables, B&O CD/DVD.

A second flight of stairs leads to the second floor landing and the master bedroom boasting a super king size bed B&O TV CD/DVD. The ensuite is stunning… Philippe Starck’s dark side…
The fourth bedroom is a lovely west and north facing dual aspect bedroom with two single beds.
Parking is included for 1 car with your booking, additional cars can be securely parked for £20/car/day. Pay and display parking is available in adjacent streets.
Checking in at Wheeler’s Court is really easy - no worries about keys and late arrivals - prior to arrival you will be provided with a code for the gates, which will allow you to access the house at your preferred time.
