The house is really lovely and more spacious than the pictures show. It is in a great location in the town, right next to the town beach, shops and tavernas. There is interesting art on the walls and a great collection of art books. It was nice having a choice of using the shady …

A nicely decorated house located in a good spot but full of cockroaches. We had booked for 9 nights. From the 3rd day we realized that the problem of the cockroaches in the house was extremely serious. We started looking for alternative accommodation. Considering the peak of hig…

We had a really lovely time staying in this house - it's so close to the sea we could hear it at night and could run down for a dip in the morning when the water looks like glass. The house itself is beautifully decorated and my mum spent loads of time looking at the artwork and …

This lovely old house is full of light, art, plants and books and all the amenities you need. It's very close to the sea and Limni is a great base for exploring the North of the island. Watch the stars and the swifts on the roof and have an ouzo on the bedroom balcony.

Annuncio della descrizione della casa assolutamente non veritiero. Casa sporca, frigorifero pieno di cose scadute e qualcuna avariata, polvere e sporcizia ovunque, un bagno solo anziché i due richiesti.

Response from Emma:
The house is found exactly as our advert states - there is a wet room with shower and WC, and there is a bathroom with a bath and WC. There is no mention of there being 2 baths in our house. We have been renting out our house for 3 years and have never had any complaints concerning cleanliness. I, myself was staying in the house the day before your arrival and left it in very good order, and after I left my cleaner came and hoovered and mopped as well as making up the beds as she normally does. As you are aware from the advert, this is our family home which is a traditional, old Greek town house, full of all our treasured possessions, paintings, books etc. It is not a sterile modern apartment used purely for a rental income, it is first and foremost our home which has been greatly appreciated by all our previous tenants. With regards to the food in the fridge, I left a few fruit and vegetables which were in good condition and a shame to throw away, as well as a few jars. Our policy with previous guests is for them to decide what they want to keep as in our kitchen cupboard where guests may help themselves to anything. I am not in the habit of being wasteful of perfectly good food. As I said previously, we have a lot of treasured family possessions, and upon returning this week, I found two sentimentally valuable items of crockery to be damaged, as well as various ornaments moved into my bedroom drawers as well as furniture not in it's correct place. I find this extremely disrespectful with no explanation or note. It saddens me that you didn't like our beautiful home and I find it difficult to understand your negative feedback as everyone else has loved staying here. Yours, Emma Strutt
