Ventilated apartment featuring 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 en-suite bathroom, 1 living/dining room with a twin bed, 1 half bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 large balcony, Wi-Fi, and 1 free parking space (for smaller vehicles) – MAXIMUM OF 4 GUESTS.

The space
IMPORTANT: I ACCEPT A MAXIMUM OF 4 GUESTS AND 1 PARKING SPACE IN THE GARAGE (preferably for smaller vehicles). It is MANDATORY to provide the Host with the full names and CPF numbers (or another form of identification) of all guests, including children and infants, in order to be granted access to the condominium, as well as the license plate number, color, and model of the vehicle that will use the condominium garage. EXTRA VISITORS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. ONLY PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED GUESTS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM. My parking space is ideal for smaller cars, as it is more compact. The guest check in and check out must be carried out on my own, that is, according to the instructions I pass (Self Check in and Self Check out), as I will not be present to welcome guests. The apartment's location is extremely convenient, being very close to the city's shops, restaurants, and markets and just 300 meters from Praia do Forte, offering the ease and practicality of being able to do everything on foot if needed.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: I provide all the basic, functional and necessary utensils for a comfortable stay (glasses, cups, cutlery, dishes, common pots, microwave, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker and iron). I do not provide a pressure cooker or electric cookware. I provide simple bed linens and pillows, leaving it up to each guest to use the ones I already have or bring their own. It is important to clarify that the use of the bed linens and pillows I have is optional, as I do not provide standard hotel or inn bed linens. Mine are basic and simple, and I only keep them for guests who are unable to bring their own. I also provide 2 extra single mattresses, 1 Ortobom double mattress topper and 3 extra Ortobom single mattresses. I do not provide bath towels. I do not provide personal hygiene items or cleaning products. I don't provide any kind of food. I don't provide any beach items. I don't provide air conditioning. However, I provide 3 table fans and access to a spectacular sea breeze. I also provide Wi-Fi internet access.
