The modern holiday apartment "Serles" can be found in the quiet Mühlbachl and is ideally located to explore Tyrol. The barrier-free apartment has a living/dining area (with a sofa bed for 2 persons), a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. In winter, some ski areas are in the immediate vicinity. A day trip to Innsbruck is also well worthwhile, the city can be reached in only 28 minutes by car (23 km). The nearby Ski areas are: "Bergel alm" 5 Km (small and family-owned), "Serler Bahnen" 10 Km. The "Serler Bahnen" has also got a Sommerrodelbahn/ Summer toboggan run.

A Ski bus is free of charge and departs 500m away from the property. On request, the homeowner may offer to drive guests to the Ski lifts directly but, this must be organized on-site and is not always available.
