This beautifully renovated upstairs condo is located in the heart of downtown Ouray. The front entrance is located off 6th Ave (same as Kristopher's Culinary, Hotel Ouray and the new MoJo's Coffee Shop), just a half block from Main Street.

The condo was renovated in 2018/2019 with brand new EVERYTHING (floors, kitchen, bathroom, carpet, windows, HVAC, etc.)! All finishes are high end giving the feeling of a lux stay.

The condo has an open concept while the bedroom and bathroom are private.

The space
The bathroom houses a washer and dryer. Clean towels and bedding provided as well as clean towels that can be used at the hot springs.

The outdoor patio is a perfect setting for morning breakfast or evening dining. A grill is available for use as well. With beautiful views of Twin Peaks and Mount Hayden, guests are sure to find the space enjoyable.

Ouray is a quant mountain town set at 7,700 feet. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in downtown Ouray and outdoor activities just steps from Main Street. Renting a Jeep to explore the high country around the town is a popular activity along with soaking in the numerous hot springs the area offers.

Travis and Krysta love the outdoors! Hiking, backpacking, skiing, paddle boarding - you name it. This is why the couple moved to the Western Slope. They are now introducing these hobbies to their two daughters.

Traveling and food are also enthusiastically enjoyed. If they had to select one cuisine to eat for an entire year it would be Mexican. However, they don't like to go a month without having at least one meal of Indian, Korean BBQ, Vietnamese, Ethiopian, Sushi...you get the idea.
