Private access to beach, beautiful two bedroom, completely renovated condo in a private complex with twenty four our security and parking space. The condo is located in Isla Verde, in the main resort area of Puerto Rico. There are tons of places to eat and visit, just a stones throw away on the main boulevard.

Enjoy your caribbean dream vacation in the heart of Isla Verde, the heart of the tourist area in San Juan. Condo allows 4 guests and consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom and private parking spot. Condo amenities include free WIFI, 55" smart TV with Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Disney+, Amazon Alexa, individually controlled air conditioning in every room, and is located 10 minutes from the Airport and Old San Juan.

Condo is located on 5th floor and washer and dryer are located on the 1st floor.

Use of Private Pool with adjoining kids pool and a basketball court. Just a few steps away and you are on the beach. Umbrellas and chairs are available when you step out or just bring our beach chairs and rent an umbrella and begin to unwind in paradise.

Isla Verde (Alambique beach) is the most popular beach vacation spot and has been voted by USA today as the best urban beach in the world.

Condo features a welcome book with plenty of suggestions for your stay on the lsland.
