Private entry, private restroom and kitchenette.

The space
The living room is its own independent room (complete with a door) with a variety of sleeping options, so it really functioned quite well as a bedroom.

The bathroom and kitchenette worked perfectly for people to stay in two bedrooms,
they are out of both rooms.

You do not have to disturb your friends or family by going into the bathroom or kitchenette.

Only washer and dryer will be shared, located in the garage.

The neighbors and neighborhood are very sensitive to noise & disruption in any way.

HOUSE RULES:

• No Smoking of ANY KIND inside the house
• No illegal substance allowed on the premise
• No unregistered guest(s) at any time
• No unplugging of electronics
• No Pets allowed
• No disturbing neighbors
• No loud noise past 10pm

We reserve the right to keep full security deposit if any of the above rules are broken. Please make prior arrangements with host if certain house rules need to be exempt.
