This cozy bright villa has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully-equipped & overlooks the dining & living rooms in an open concept design. There are high cathedral ceilings in the living room & ceiling fans in all the rooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed & ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with direct access to a 4 piece bathroom and there is a double futon in the lanai . This villa fits 6 people comfortably. There's a newer washer and dryer in the villa

The space
The Florida/lanai room in the back, opens up to the patio in the backyard with a BBQ for you to use! There is a 4 chair patio set for meals or for morning coffee. The back yard is quiet and is shaded in the morning until mid afternoon, enjoy the avocado tree while you eat or drink your morning cup of jo.

The neighborhood complex has an oversized pool (never crowded).
