This is a 350 sq ft apartment packed with all the comforts of home. Quiet enough off the main road by a quarter mile but close enough to any convenience you need. The Oasis near the Mill is one of two Airbnb’s (Oasis in the Park) and two longer term rentals above a business complex.

Chancellors Run Road is an access road just under a mile from a corner Sheetz and all of California, Great Mills and Lexington Park restaurants, shopping (Marshall’s, Home Goods, Dicks, Belk, Ross, Walmart, Target etc.) and the Patuxent Naval Air base. More boutique style shops and unique dining options can be had across the bridge on Solomons Island and to the northwest in the charming historic town of Leonardtown. There are also other dining options off the beaten track with many leading to our beautiful water ways.

We live just over the bridge in Calvert county if you need us. We are always happy to assist in anyway possible. Otherwise besides a shared hallway and laundry for 4 apartments your areas are completely private.
