Remodeled kitchen, new cabinets & appliances. Just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, ASU, and freeway access. You will love this oasis!

The space
What makes your new home special is that it was actually my home at one time :) It's not another cookie cutter rental by a faceless company. I had lived in this community for over 20 years and it still feels as unique as it did when I first moved here. The pool is beautiful and barely used, and the large park system across the street offers desert adventures. You can take a walk through the park to the lookout over the zoo and see the bighorn sheep, giraffes, lions, and usually a beautiful sunset. The back patio is unique with a natural wash running behind it where you'll often see quail, rabbits, and even the occasional coyote! You will love your stay in what we lovingly call Papago Park Place.

WE DON"T HAVE ANY CAMERAS, EXTRA FEES, OR CRAZY CLEANING REQUIREMENT. Enjoy YOUR stay!

You have access to the entire house and a 2 car, enclosed garage. And of course, the pool and other common areas.

Other things to note
It's a special area located in South Scottsdale/North Tempe that is close to all of the activities and attractions of the area, yet when you return home it will be a quiet, enjoyable, and peaceful home. We are always responsive to any needs or questions and will do all we can to ensure you have very enjoyable stay. *The salt water pool has just been refurbished (10/22) and is better than ever!

The host may request access to the back patio and/or the front entrance primarily for landscaping or plant watering, with at least 24 hours of notice.

Easy access to all major freeways, but just steps away from a gorgeous park with hiking and biking trails, a pond, views of the zoo, sightings of the big horn sheep on the red rock buttes, the most incredible sunsets ever, close to Tempe town lake with the beach park (volleyball courts included), Desert Botanical Gardens, the Phoenix zoo, ASU campus, Old Town Scottsdale restaurants and bars, and of course a Starbucks just a 5 min walk around the corner!
