Private apartment with A/C unit and lots of windows in Boca Vieja, a neighborhood that provides the authentic Costa Rican family experience yet is located only minutes from tourist attractions. We are a 15 minute walk from beautiful Marina Pez Vela and downtown Quepos. A short drive (or 75-cent bus ride) to Manuel Antonio National Park and its gorgeous beaches.

The space
The apartment is the entire upstairs of a typical Costa Rican house that has been converted into separate living spaces. You will have your own entrance and the freedom to come and go at your leisure. There are 2 bedrooms and an open living room/kitchenette, as well as a private bathroom and a closet with shelves for you to use.
At this time we have 1 double bed (matrimonial) and 1 double sofá cama available. The kitchen does not have modern appliances except for a tabletop stove burner, microwave, and compact refrigerator.
There is an air conditioning unit in the main bedroom, and ceiling fans throughout the house. Free WiFi is provided. Street parking is available but we can direct you to parking garages if needed.

Other things to note
We are primarily Spanish speakers, but have hosted travelers who do not speak Spanish for many years.
