Nestled on 63 acres, this cozy brick house will provide you a warm and welcoming home away from home. Surrounded by the hills of East Tennessee, you will encounter beautiful sunrises and sunsets, in addition to open pastures and wooded lands ready for exploring.

The space
Be on the lookout for a variety of wildlife including wild turkey, deer, fox, coyote.

Guest access
The only structure accessible to guests is the house itself. Other buildings on the property are off limits (barns, sheds) as they are not structurally sound.

Other things to note
Depending on the time of year, the guests may notice someone bush hogging on the property. The land is leased and hay is mown regularly during mowing season. Tractors and hay are stored in a nearby barn and the farmer will be accessing these when needed.

There are so many experiences surrounding this location that can be enjoyed by everyone! Just 40 miles from Gatlinburg, TN and 45 miles from Pigeon Forge, TN you and your family can enjoy the sights and adventures in a day trip. Whether it is hiking, shopping or Dollywood, you are less than a two hour drive there. Closer to home you can experience attractions such as Sweetwater Valley Farm and Mayfield Farm, Market and Nursery where you can schedule a tour of the dairy farm, taste a variety of cheeses and top it off with their homemade ice cream. Speaking of ice cream, make sure you make at least one trip to the Tic-Toc ice cream shop in downtown Loudon. They were featured in Southern Living magazine and have THE best ice cream around. If you're a history buff, you would enjoy spending the day at Fort Loudoun State Historic Park in Vonore, TN. This is a quick 20 minute drive from the house. There is so much more to take in in this quaint little town. Antique shopping and sweet boutiques in downtown Loudon, Lenoir City and Sweetwater, TN will make for a fun shopping day and be sure to visit the quaint coffee shops in each of these cities. The Lost Sea Adventure is another great experience, capturing the interest of those with a sense of adventure by taking you on a boat ride underground. We are also minutes away from golf courses, horseback riding and fishing. Need a place for your pooch? Tellico Bed and Biscuit is a two minute drive from the rental. Grocery shopping is minutes away and area restaurants will not disappoint. A list of these will be posted in a binder at the rental.
