Boasting stunning sea views, private beach access via a secluded gate, and a south-facing sun terrace, this luxuriously furnished apartment is perfect for couples or young families seeking relaxation and adventure by the coast.

The space
Seascape is conveniently located just a ten-minute walk from Ryde town centre, offering a fantastic selection of local amenities and shops.

The property includes private parking for one car in a secure gated driveway.

Access to the apartment is via a private entrance on the lower ground floor, reached by an exterior staircase. Upon entry, you’ll step into a fully equipped modern kitchen, featuring breathtaking panoramic sea views across the Solent.

The kitchen includes a breakfast bar for two, as well as a utility area with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

A hallway with ample storage for coats and shoes leads to the bright, south-facing lounge. Here, you’ll find a dining table for four, a large-screen television, and comfortable seating—perfect for relaxing after a day's sightseeing.

Adjacent to the lounge is the beautifully designed bathroom, featuring a separate walk-in shower and stunning vaulted ceiling.

The king-size bedroom is tucked away along a short corridor, offering ample storage for your clothing and French doors that open onto a private patio area.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible, providing a welcome hamper with tea, coffee, bread, butter, milk, and orange juice.

Additional amenities include:

One of the UK's original seaside destinations and much loved by Queen Victoria, a trip on the FastCat or Hovercraft is part of the joy of a visit to Ryde. The town is easy and quick to get to from the mainland - perfect for a short break.

In summertime there is always something happening on the weekends and in the evenings and the whole town is lively, whilst in the wintertime it is a great place for beautiful coastal walks. From our house you can walk straight onto the beach and along as far as you like!

The beach at Ryde has also become very popular for kite surfing (wind dependent) and our place is an excellent starting point for round the Island cycling.

Hi my name is Beth and I live with my family in the beautiful seaside town of Ryde on the Isle of Wight. We love everything about island living, from the beautiful safe, clean beaches, to the busy towns with great local retailers, not to mention the amazing nature walks and outdoor activities.
