Spacious 3 bedroom cottage available as a whole separate property. Off road parking, small garden.
Ideal for families with main bedroom with super king bed, another room with 2 single beds sharing family bathroom, walk in shower. Downstairs is a double room with adjacent shower room.
Situated in the village just off the road overlooking our family farm. Dogs are welcome - just let us know.
Opportunity to visit the horses by arrangement including mares & foals in the summer.

The space
The property is part of the original farmhouse and is spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms.
It is double glazed throughout.
There is exclusive use of the garage with additional parking space behind the Lodge.
Situated in the middle of the village access is very good from the road.
The Lodge overlooks our family farm and you will see us mucking out the horses every morning!

Guest access
You will have the whole of the Lodge to yourselves with private garden & patio area with seating.
There is a keybox at the door which we will give the code to guests prior to their stay,

Other things to note
The bedroom with the double bed is downstairs with a shower room adjacent to the bedroom. Perfect for guests who may struggle with the stairs.
The family bathroom has a newly fitted walk in shower.
Happy to arrange for any guests to meet the horses during their stay.
