A lovely, bright double room situated in a quiet, new-build neighbourhood within walking distance of the town centre (a stone's throw from the nearest bus stop). Private use of the bathroom located next to bedroom, with bath and strong mains shower. Wall mounted TV with Amazon Fire Stick and lots of storage space in your room. Free parking, access to the kitchen including use of washing and drying facilities for small fee. I have two friendly, well-behaved cats who think they are the owners.

The space
Welcome to my lovely newly refurbished house on the quiet outskirts of Falmouth town. You will find tea and coffee making facilities in the kitchen and some delicious freshly baked pastries provided the first morning of your stay. Washing machine and tumble dryer available for use at £5 inclusive of both. Fresh towels and bedding are provided.
Please note I have blocked off middle of the week stays, but feel free to message me as I’m flexible about that!

There are dozens of fantastic places to grab an artisan coffee, a glass of wine overlooking the harbour, or a piece of mouth-watering homemade cake. You can pick up a freshly made pasty from the Cornish bakeries dotted throughout the high street that winds through the town. We have a selection of cinemas, nightlife, spas and year-round festivals going on in the local area. Recommendations provided upon request. Falmouth has over 300 different types of restaurants. There are also several regular daily ferries to different locations leaving from the Prince of Wales pier in the town centre and frequent train and bus services covering local areas and further afield. Truro is 15 minutes away by car.

During your stay

Someone will be there to greet you on arrival and show you where everything is and provide some nice cafe, restaurant and pub recommendations. If you are interested in visiting the nearby beaches or doing one of the many stunning local walking routes, happy to point you in the right direction.
I can provide pick up at the train station , if needed.
