Access to The Snake River. Entrance to the house requires passing through a metal security gate for your peace of mind .
A boat ramp to launch your duck/ goose hunting boat. You can fish, swim and kayak !

Large patio area with a convenient flat top grill and cooking area. Relax in the huge yard with weeping willow trees for shade!


STAR LINK wifi

Guest access
There is a privacy gate to the property. You will have access to the house and access to the boat ramp to launch water crafts. The Snake River is amazing for kayaking and all other water activities.

Other things to note
Wifi upgrade to STAR LINK (Elon Musk) Miracle Hot And Banbury Hot Springs are near by. Hagerman is a short 9 mile drive. Clear Lakes Country Club is close by as well.
Fruit and vegetables are grown and available at the property (seasonal)
