Escape to our peaceful 3BR, 2Bath house in a safe, family neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. Easily explore nearby attractions: expressways, downtown, beaches, and theme parks. Although the area has plenty to explore, you may just enjoy unwinding in the hammock, play games, watch TV, and relax in the hot tub. We offer toys, books, games, a work station, coffee bar, ping pong, pool table, magnetic darts, video games, and poker for your entertainment. Enjoy a memorable stay with endless options.

The space
Welcome to our exceptional short-term rental property! This spacious house offers a range of amenities and comfortable accommodations for a memorable stay. The primary bedroom features a generous king-size bed and an attached bathroom for your convenience. Additionally, we provide a portable playpen with a mattress, perfect for your baby or toddler's comfort.
Bedroom #2 offers a cozy queen-size bed, while bedroom #3 features bunk beds with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. We also provide a convenient twin-size rollaway bed that can be used in any room. The living room includes a sofa bed and an available air mattress for additional sleeping options.
For your productivity needs, there is a computer work-station in the living room, and entertainment enthusiasts will enjoy the Playstation with games. The kitchen is fully equipped and features an eat-in area with seating for four, as well as a high chair. The bar area provides 4 bar stools, and additional bar stools are available on the patio.
Enjoy delicious meals in the dining room, which comfortably seats six guests and can accommodate up to ten with additional chairs brought in from the kitchen.
The screened-in patio is a true highlight of our property, offering a large hot tub, a bar with seating, ping pong, pool table, magnet darts, a TV, and seating for nine. Step outside to the deck, where you'll find seating for twelve, a relaxing hammock, a deck with gas fire pit, and a variety of outdoor games.
Please note that sleeping arrangements include: 1 sofa bed, 1 rollaway bed, and 1 air mattress. (This is in addition to regular king, queen, full, and twin beds.) We look forward to hosting you and providing an unforgettable experience in our splendid rental property.

The house is a tranquil family oasis in a quiet neighborhood, but should you choose to explore the area there are many options.
