The Villa des Grands Pins is a new house, ideal for family vacations.
Close to the beaches of the Côte Vermeille (10 minutes) and Spain (25 minutes), you will have the choice between seaside activities, walks or bike rides, discovering Catalan heritage, etc.

The space
The house, 90 m2, offers a dining kitchen equipped with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc., attached laundry room with washing machine and storage space.

A very bright dining room with large floor-to-ceiling windows leads to a tiled terrace of about 20 m2 facing the garden.

One bedroom includes a 140 cm bed and another bedroom includes two single beds.
A separate shower room and toilet.
Closet and wardrobe in the way.

To enjoy the garden, you have a table and chairs as well as deckchairs.

Cleaning supplies available, as well as some staples.

Other things to note
Villa des Grands Pins has the adjoining land to the family home in which my brother lives.

Bed linen and towels are not provided but are available with a supplement (bed 140: 12 euros, bed 0.90: 6 euros, 1 small and 1 large towel: 5 euros)
With each change of guest, I install disposable sheets and pillowcases.

At the end of the stay, the cleaning is at your expense but if you do not want to do it, I suggest the cleaning package at 50 euros

In July and August, the rental is from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday, otherwise please contact me.
