House built in 2020 and has 2 bedrooms for guests with a full private bathroom. House is near all attractions, Water park, parks, boating, downtown, beaches. I live in the house and everything is shared in the common areas. I work much so not around often . The house is 1500 sq. ft and big enough that you will have privacy. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house.

The space
The house is new with a newer patio in the back yard . Nice quiet neighborhood with a new landscape. All appliances are new with plenty of parking in the driveway. The bedrooms have new queen mattresses with a new 42" TV. Internet access with Netflix, prime video , roku. Guests have their own private bathroom

It's a very quiet neighborhood and all my neighbors are friendly. There's a canal across the street and with a kayak, you could have a lot of fun.
