Situated in the heart of of Innerleithen and the Tweed Valley forest park, Innerhaven offers accommodation in 2 spacious bedrooms with either 2 singles of a King size bed per room.

The combined kitchen and social area is the perfect place for chilling out after a long day in the hills and the fully kitted out kitchen means you can get some hearty food on the go.

Our bike room with full tool set is accessed from the house so you know your bike will be safe all night.

The space
Fabulous ground floor flat with front and back garden and off road parking.
Two bedrooms, one with an en-suite, offer stylish and practical accommodation. Each room has either 2 single beds or one super king and will be arranged to meet your needs.

The open plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room area allows you and your family or friends to spend time together in comfort.

The accommodation is set up to welcome those coming in from the great outdoors with bike storage and washing area as well as a washing machine/dryer and a boot dryer.

A private back yard gives you the space to sit outside and relax or enjoy your dinner and a drink overlooking the river Leithen.
A bike stand and bike washing area allows you to tinker in the evening sunshine

Guest access
The front garden, back yard and parking space are for your private use.

We do ask that you respect the neighbours, please park so that access is maintained to the right of the property to allow the upstairs neighbours to get past.

We also ask that, if you have an additional vehicle you park it on the road in front of the flat or in the car park 150 along Leithen road. Please don't park in the 'layby' next to the property, this is for the private use of the flats at Drovers Way.

Other things to note
Innerhaven is a self contained flat with a private entrance and private front and rear outdoor spaces.

Innerleithen is becoming an exciting hub, with world class mountain biking on your door step. Innerhaven lies 0.8 miles from the Innerleithen mtb trail hub and 1.2 miles from the challenging Golfie trails. Glentress lies 5 miles to the west which can be cycled completly off road.
If you're more interested in walking you have the pick of the forests and you'll find information at the flat with some suggested destinations.

Innerleithen itself has transformed from a quiet mill town to a hub of outdoor activity. Shops and art galleries as well as excellent cafes, adorn the high street and are well worth some time exploring. Check out Number 1 cafe and Loulabelles as well as FINDRA clothing and The Print works for some Scottish gifts.
If you want to catch some live music when you're here, the Leithen club is close by and has a regular blues night.

As keen cyclists, we have explored a lot of the local area and know a thing or two about where the best coffee and cake can be found in and around Innerleithen.
