100 m from the cottage, you have the right distance for quiet in the middle of the countryside and the shade of trees, visited by birds that sing every morning. The house has a unique design by architect Janer Lagarreta, and has large stone walls that provide adequate thermal comfort, just like on the second floor, where insulation is given by double walls of solid bricks.
