A well situated fully equipped family home with solar power backup situated on private and secure nature reserve on the West Coast, 55 km from Cape Town. Brags plentiful space on a ground floor and upper-level in a safe and tranquil setting with spectacular sea and greenbelt area views.
5 minute walk to the beach, breath taking views on a series of walking trails, wildlife and fishing experiences on the reserve

Entire home is made available to the family with access to the entire estate and beaches

Other things to note
Please make sure you bring extra drinking water along, the estate is supplied from a natural source which is potable but may not be palatable to you.

The Estate has a very strict "no pet " policy and strict rules only allowing the approved number of guests into the estate. if these rules are not aided to, you will not be allowed entrance to the estate. You are also not allowed entry into the estate without having a licensed vehicle and are in possession of a valid drivers license.

We have an off-grid solar system so the house is self sustainable from an electricity perspective, however as we are energy conscious, we have the geyser connected to the solar system and on a timer which only allows it to warm water during the day while the sun shines. The geyser holds 150L of water so if all this used up at once it will only heat up the following morning. We therefore advise that guests to use the shower facilities rather than drawing large baths of water.

We also encourage that guests use the gas plates and the air fryer provided for cooking rather that using the stove, this is both easier and a more convenient method and will save on electricity.

We do have free view satellite TV but do not have a fiber to the home connection, however there is a relatively good signal if you make your own arrangements with data.
