A luxury apartment in the village of Combloux with a stunning view of Mont Blanc from its balcony. Our Les Fermes du Mont Blanc apartment, available all year round, comfortably sleeps 6 with two bedrooms and a sofa bed, one bedroom with ensuite and the other has a separate second bathroom.

Excellent position for skiing with Princess lift only 5 minutes away by car or free ski bus. Ideal summer location for walking and cycling in the mountains.

The space
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, De'Longhi coffee machine, kettle, toaster and slow cooker.

One bedroom has a large double bed, en-suite shower room with hairdryer. The other bedroom has two single beds and a view of Mt Blanc!

The open plan living area is perfect for relaxing in the evenings with the addition of a smart TV with internet connection.

The view of Mont Blanc from our balcony is stunning as it looks different every few minutes - so pour a glass of wine and enjoy the scenery and listen to the cow bells and the river rushing past down below.

The residence has a heated indoor swimming pool (available all year except for maintenance during November to mid December), sauna, hammam and a spa treatment room during high Summer and the
Winter skiing season. There is also a children's play area, communal lounges and a laundry room. A dedicated car parking space and ski locker is included in the price.

This area is famous for its cheese and so the Savoyarde restaurants in the village are a definite must (we have left a folder with all the phone numbers for your ease). In the summer enjoy swimming in the Biotope lake in the village, walk up the mountain tracks, hire an electric mountain bike or just explore the towns near by. In the winter it's easy - ski!

Les Fermes du Mont Blanc is located 200m from the village of Combloux, is less than 1 hour drive from Geneva airport, 4 km from Megeve and 30km from Chamonix.

Other things to note
This is an area of plenty of outdoor activities throughout the whole year! Check out the Office de Tourisme websites for Combloux and Megeve. In the summer months, June to end of August, the Bio lake in the village is open, for swimming, sunbathing and picnics. A picturesque spot surrounded by mountains! Or visit Lac de Passy, 9 km away, the largest lake in the Haute Savoie with it's huge range of activities; including SUP, swimming, water skiing, a climbing wall and zip wire or nearby activity centres offering go carting, mini golf, etc. Or book white water sports in Passy for all the family.
