About this listing
Perfect for the solo traveler or a few friends looking to see Colorado. You'll be located on the northeast side of downtown Denver - close to excellent restaurants, parks and concert halls and only a short drive to the Rocky Mountains.
Originally built in 1907 this historic row house is great for 1-3 travelers. Recently renovated with mid-century and contemporary inspiration the space features hardwood floors, wifi, a large projector screen, full kitchen, brand new bathroom, laundry, the most comfortable queen bed you've ever slept in and a roomy sectional for whoever draws the short straw.
My house is your house. Feel free to use the wifi, fridge, laundry and all other appliances. I have a few guitars and cameras on the wall - please be gentle.

Whittier is a quiet residential section tucked away right in downtown Denver. At the corner of the block you'll find a great little coffee shop and a small convenience store for the essentials. City Park is a few blocks to the east, a 10 minute walk south will get you to great restaurants on 17th St. and the RiNo Arts District is a 5 minute bike ride to the northeast.
There is abundant street parking available.
For public transportation there is a Light Rail Station 10 blocks away.
Union Station has buses and trains that can take you outside the city (airport, Boulder, etc.)
I also have two spare bikes available for rent!
It's my favorite way to get around the city.
Please no cigarettes inside. Quiet hours for the neighborhood start around 9pm.
