The space

Originally built in 1907 this historic row house is great for 1-3 travelers. Recently renovated with mid-century and contemporary inspiration the space features hardwood floors, wifi, a large projector screen, full kitchen, brand new bathroom, laundry, the most comfortable queen bed you've ever slept in and a roomy sectional for whoever draws the short straw.

Guest access

My house is your house. Feel free to use the wifi, fridge, laundry and all other appliances. I have a few guitars and cameras on the wall - please be gentle.

The neighbourhood

Whittier is a quiet residential section tucked away right in downtown Denver. At the corner of the block you'll find a great little coffee shop and a small convenience store for the essentials. City Park is a few blocks to the east, a 10 minute walk south will get you to great restaurants on 17th St. and the RiNo Arts District is a 5 minute bike ride to the northeast.

Getting around

There is abundant street parking available.
For public transportation there is a Light Rail Station 10 blocks away.
Union Station has buses and trains that can take you outside the city (airport, Boulder, etc.)
I also have two spare bikes available for rent!
It's my favorite way to get around the city.

Adam's place made Colorado feel like home. Great area, with a coffee place at the end of the block. The back patio was mellow and inviting. The bathroom is fantastic.. I always appreciate tall showers :D I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this artsy spot to others.

What a great place to stay! Quiet little street and just minutes from downtown Denver, this cozy apartment was the perfect resting place. The apartment was clean, organized, and had all the essentials for a week long stay in Denver. Definitely will be looking to book this place again next time I am in Denver.

Adam's place is wonderful. He has decorated it with an eclectic yet cohesive style. The place was clean and exactly like the photos in the listing. We loved the autographed and framed Bill Nye photo in the kitchen! Although, we never had the need to cook in the kitchen during our stay, it is equipped for it. The bed was comfy and we were neither too hot or too cold thanks to either the AC or just opening a window and turning on a fan. Adam's furniture is firm and comfortable. Perfect for reading or lounging. He has a cool projector and movie screen for entertainment. We didn't have a device with us to hook up to it, but this is also how we watch movies at home. Nice touch! The small backyard area is a great place to kick back with a beer and enjoy a nice Denver summer evening outside. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn't get to meet Adam, but he seems like a cool guy with great taste. If he is unable to communicate, his friend Julia is very helpful and made sure our arrival and stay went well. We would definitely stay here again while visiting Denver.

Check-in was a breeze. We were provided a code to a lockbox that contained the key. The apartment is funky and fun. Exactly how it is described and appears in the photos. Adam answered all questions we had in a prompt manor. Very cool place to stay, would recommend.

Originally from Michigan I moved to Colorado to work with outdoor brand Topo Designs. I've recently spun off to do my own photography and want to open up my home while I'm on the road. Hope you like it!
