Our building's entrance reflects its historical character, but it does show signs of wear, contributing to our lower pricing. While the interior of the apartment is fully renovated, we recognize that the entrance could use improvement to meet modern standards.
We also want to inform our guests about upcoming street renovations near the building, which could cause some noise during the day. These works are aimed at enhancing the local infrastructure, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
The space
The space is very welcoming and everything was thought of. Guest have access to everything in the house. A nice projector is available to cast your phone and watch anything from youtube Netflix and Hulu ... you will need to have your own account, room has Air conditioning and a heater as well. A nice light and mirror in the room are dedicated for girls who want to get pretty before discovering the beautiful Medina. The living space has a round table to sit and eat and the kitchen is fully equipped. The building is old and you might cross in the hot seasons some insects in the bathroom. There are about two laundry shops under the building that provide good service and for a very affordable price.
The WiFi is basic, good for browsing and emails but not ideal for heavy streaming or remote work.
you can also get a local sim card and use it as hotspot during your stay.
The air conditioner cools down to a minimum temperature of 18°C, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the hottest days.
For stays longer than 1 month, electricity and water are not included and must be paid separately.
Guest access
1. In addition to the proximity of the Medina (5 minutes on foot) and the beach (15 minutes on foot), tram line 12 is 1 minute away and it allows you to go to the Tour Hassan and the Mausoleum.
2. Just in front of the apartment, there is an official currency exchange office with very competitive exchange rates.
3. A Carrefour Market supermarket is 2 minutes away.
Other things to note
Please note that there is a recording studio directly above the unit. While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, occasional noise can be expected. This listing may not be suitable for those seeking a completely quiet atmosphere.
I recommend a super good restaurant called YAMAL CHAM very close to the house, it is a mix of syrian and arabic food this restaurant is very exeptional and unique I am sure you will get addicted to it :)
Please note that items such as gas, toilet paper, kitchen soap, and laundry detergent are provided only upon check-in. For long-term stays, significant utilities like electricity and water are included in the rent, but restocking smaller consumables is typically the guest’s responsibility after the initial supply. 2- Send us a picture of either Passport ( for International Citizen) or C.I.N ( For Moroccan Citizen) via this platform. (We only need a picture of identification of ONE person that confirmed the reservation.)
Once the form has been filled out, you will get the access codes in a separate message on the day of arrival.
Please note that the access codes won't be provided if ID hasn’t been sent and the form hasn't been filled.
