The newly built Ponente apartment is located in a building located between the sea of Santa Severa and the Tolfa mountains. It is composed of a double bedroom with bunk bed, a living room with kitchenette equipped with induction hobs, microwave and fridge and a bathroom with comfortable shower.
A beautiful terrace for shared use allows you to spend cool summer evenings and warm winter afternoons accompanied by the scents of the sea that blend with those of the undergrowth.

The space

There is a large supermarket always well stocked with bread, meat and fresh fruit which during the summer period operates continuously from 8.30 am to 10.00 pm - 7 days a week.
Throughout the day, Bondì Caffè produces freshly filled croissants and yeasts, excellent pizza and delicious pastries.
Giordano and Valentina from the Bondì Grill offer express cuisine and land and sea specialties with excellent meat and local wine.
Three kilometers away is the Morani Organic Farm which sells products grown and raised on the farm where you can also sit and eat. The nearby vineyards of the Olevano winery feed the local production of a sincere and genuine wine that can also be tasted on site.
