In the heart of the Black Périgord, in the middle of fifteen hectares of woods, forest and meadow that protect it from nuisance, it is located at the top of a hill and offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Specifically located near the Beunes valleys, it is a haven of peace and unspoiled nature, known for the richness of its natural heritage.

The space
Located on the "sunset" side of the building, the home of Soulcie invites you to escape and rest. Step-free 50 m2, for two people, with all the equipment of a personal house, embellished with its terrace and wood burning stove, it includes:

the main room offering kitchen space, dining area and seating area,
the bedroom with double bed "queen size" (160cm x 200cm) bed linen and towels are provided (beds are already prepared upon arrival).
the bathroom with walk-in shower, the independent toilet,
the terrace opening onto the meadow and woods of the estate.

Guest access
Slightly secluded, separated by a wooded area, the swimming pool (13m x 11m) is 70m from the building. In a forest and rural environment, it enjoys sunshine due west until the sunset.
The swimming pool is shared with another accommodation for renting 6 people.
