Front porch - a vantage point for watching children in the pool, table & bluetooth tower speaker.

Very safe neighbourhood. Beaches are a 20 min drive. Supermarket and a variety of resturants/cafes are 5 min drive (Sector B). Golf course 3 min walk. Go karting course 20 min by car. Port of Mazzarón with many marina restaurants also 20 min drive. Alicante Airport 1 hour 15 mins drive. Corvera Airport 35 min by car.
