Door will be open for your arrival from 4:00 pm.
Private entry for self-check-in 4pm arrival; no lockbox required.
11am check out please be mindful our cleaners will arrive at 11am.
The cabin and private garden area are for the exclusive use of guests.
Parking is on-site for free.
No loud music; keep noise to a reasonable, non-disruptive level at all times.
Quiet hours: please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm.
All guests can use the soft play archery free of charge; please leave it as you found it.
The property spans 9 acres with paths to walk the grounds; enjoy the hammock and picnic table in the wooded area.
Guests have access to all listed amenities, including the king-size bed, kitchenette with an air fryer and a 2-ring hob, full-size bathroom with walk-in shower, private fire pit, outdoor table and chairs, bench, and 2-person electric hot tub.
House rules: no smoking inside; no pets unless previously arranged; report any damages promptly.

Important Information for Your Stay
Over 18s only we are a licensed premises.
Pets and Animals
We have free-range hens and ducks on site.
All pets must be kept on a short lead when outside the cabin.
Pets must not be left on their own.
Hot Tub Rules for Your Stay
The hot tub water is provided for the duration of your stay.
Please remove fake tan before arrival.
Do not apply makeup or body lotions before using the tub.
Do not spill food or beverages in the tub.
Shower before first use to help keep the water clean and clear.
We inspect the tub daily to maintain chemical balance.
If the water needs to be changed after one use, a charge of £40 will apply.
The hot tub operates on a timer and will shut off at midnight to ensure a quiet night for guests.
If you would like the hot tub to stay on longer, please let us know and we will reset the timer.
The hot tub will resume operation at 08:00.
Top tips to keep your water clean and clear:
Pre-rinse swimwear to remove soap suds before arrival.
Have a good body scrub before arrival.
Do not eat or spill beverages in the tub.
Shower before using the tub, removing body lotions and makeup.
Do not apply fake tan before arrival.

Please wear appropriate footwear when on the decking, as most of the outdoor area is decking.
Water Usage
We are on a private well.
Please be mindful of water usage: take short showers and avoid running the tap while brushing teeth.

Please notify us of any problems so we can rectify them promptly.
Let us know of any damages so we can fix or replace as needed.
Access and Visitors
No unauthorized persons are allowed on the property.
Please do not invite anyone to stay or visit during your stay; such visitors will be asked to leave.
Cooking Odors
Do not cook spicy food or fish in the cabin, as strong odors can be hard to remove before the next guests arrive.
Property Inventory and Condition (check-in)
Before check-in, we record the property's condition to help resolve disputes quickly. By staying, you acknowledge this process. No items borrowed from the let will be removed from the property.
Exterior Lighting
The outside lights are on a timer and go off at midnight.
