Sunnyside Seattle Suite is an updated two-bedroom apartment in a spacious light-filled triplex in the heart of Wallingford, one of Seattle's most walkable and fun neighborhoods. The apartment serves as an excellent jumping-off point to explore Seattle, with ready access to public transit, or it offers a well-equipped retreat from the urban beat of the city for a night in. The space accommodates four people comfortably with two queen beds, private bath with tub and shower, private entry, enclosed patio, full kitchen, and updated furnishings. Amenities include Wifi internet, TV, local cable, HBO, heating, hair dryer, linens, ironing board, coffee, and tea. Additionally, board games, magazines, cookbooks, travel books, and movies are available for your enjoyment during your visit. Please do not remove these. Sunnyside Suite is a main-level unit of a triplex with property manager living on site. Shared laundry is also available for your use and guests have access to an enclosed private patio perfect for enjoying a glass of wine by the fire after a day of sightseeing.
The apartment is accessed by a coded lock and no keys are needed. Easy check in! Dedicated guest parking is available. Guests also have access to the shared grassy backyard.
Interaction with guests
We like to give guests their privacy, but we are available any time for questions or recommendations. We have lived in Wallingford since 2006 and have been working on perfecting the Seattle tour, so we have recommendations for restaurants and actives both near and far. We are avid travelers and love hearing from our guests about their homes to add to our ever-growing travel list. We are readily available via email or phone, so please do not hesitate to contact us. Additionally, we have an on-site property manager, Jessica, who can be reached in the event of an emergency.

My husband, Pierce, and I are originally from Colorado and now live in Seattle. We love to explore and we love to travel! We have visited over 40 countries and have plans for more. Our favorite places are Guatemala (where we got married), Thailand, and Turkey.
We started with Airbnb in October 2014 and enjoy hosting guests from across the country and around the world. Airbnb is a part time hobby as we work full time in our careers as an electrical engineer and as a psychologist. We welcomed our first child in March 2015, so we are proud parents--albeit sleep deprived--to an active, joyful little girl. We enjoy taking her on adventures around Seattle and Washington state that include visiting funky Seattle neighborhoods, taking in the beauty of the North Cascades or the beach, and enjoying the myriad gastro-delights of the Pacific Northwest.
Parenthood has turned out to be the greatest adventure of all! We don't have as much time for travel as we once did, but we love that Airbnb sort of brings travel to us.
