The house is located in the very heart of Old Havana, colonial, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and more recently wonder city in fact the house itself is from the late nineteenth century and is surrounded by buildings with a high architectural value. Every tourist attraction is located a few meters from the house as the 4 most recognized squares in Havana as Plaza de la Catedral, Plaza de Armas, Plaza de San Francisco and Plaza Vieja. All the museums are very close to the house such as the famous Museum of the Revolution and the Rum Museum, the famous Floridita bars, the daiquiri house and the bodeguita del Medio, the mojito house, are just a few steps away.
In addition, there are many galleries and museums, restaurants, bars, theaters and much more; where you can take advantage of and learn more about Cuba and Havana. The large number of manor houses, mostly from the early 20th century, make this area quite different from the rest of Cuba.

This is considered the best area to stay in all of Cuba, because of its charm, and because every day you can find new things.
