Your own private, beautiful space — sleeps up to 4! A cosy, homely studio with a private ensuite, double bed and double sofa bed, all in one shared room. Superfast Wi-Fi, SKY TV, space for simple meals, private courtyard, self check-in, and parking for 1 car. Co-op a few mins’ walk, rail station 5 mins’ walk, 5 mins’ drive to Broomes Event Centre, and 10–15 mins to Severn Bridges, Chepstow, Newport & Bristol. Strictly no smoking.

Parking is available for one vehicle if needed. You will have your own key code access with private entrance, private Bed/living area, private outdoor seating area and private wash facility.

Other things to note
*There is a mini fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave & crockery so reheating meals, eating takeaways or preparing simple salads/cold food/breakfasts is possible. Please note, there is no cooker/oven or sink so isn't suitable for cooking meals/washing up.

There is a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed.

Strictly no smoking or vaping in or around the property. Please check if you are booking on behalf of someone else, that they are non smokers!

We hope you enjoy our locality as much as we do! We are in a quiet Cul-de-sac, but close to many amenities. Locally there are beautiful walks & easy walking distance to Caldicot Castle.
