Your family will be close to everything at Harding when you stay at this centrally-located 1910 Bungalow on Center. Directly across from Harding’s new Legacy Park neighborhood, it’s the perfect place to visit and host your Harding student and their friends. Built in 1910 and recently updated, this classic craftsman with its spacious porch and rock pillars is a classic.

The space
The main bedroom with the king bed is down stairs. Downstairs also has a pull out couch and a single futon that folds down. Upstairs there are two bedrooms ( a full bed in one, two twins in the other) and a nicer, full-size futon that should be more comfortable than the smaller one downstairs. So that’s 4 beds and 3 other pull out or fold down beds. Should sleep 8 fairly comfortably.
Kitchen has a double oven in the wall, a regular oven in the range and a microwave. There is one bathroom upstairs and one down.

We are a family of 6 from Charlotte, NC area... kids range from 25-15 as of 2021. We look for adventures and experiences...the simpler the better. We lived for ten years in Uganda, East Africa and have been fortunate to travel the world on a budget. We take care of places as if they are our own....you wont need to clean it ( much)when we leave. We have rental property and Air BnBs of our own and know what it means to be good tenants.
