SUMMER IS COMING! DREAMING OF A HOLIDAY BY THE SEA? Torre dell'Orso "Casa Vacanze Assunta" It is a very nice RELAXING villa with a welcoming atmosphere, behind Torre Saracena, ideal for 2 people with 2 children.
It is located in Via Prov.le Borgagne-Sant'Andrea, Malepezza. On Google Maps, you must enter Centro Ippico Malepezza. The villa is located about 200m from the stables. It's the first house on the left, with a grey gate.

The space
Located along the Adriatic coast, it is only 1 km from the clear waters of Torre Sant'Andrea with its characteristic faraglioni and its beach. 10 km from Otranto on one side, 2 km from beautiful equipped and free beaches with very fine sand of Torre dell 'Orso on the other and 5 km from the famous Grotta della Poesia.
Outside, the large spaces are surrounded by trees with the possibility of bringing your four-legged friends.
The villa is independent, but adjacent to other housing solutions in the Torre Saracena village, from where you can walk to supermarkets, bars, tobacconists, greengrocers, a grill with takeaway dishes (open from June to mid-September) and the "Vesuvio" pizzeria/restaurant (open all year round)
