This is for complete access to the downstairs level of a house with direct views of Sunrises and access to the Alafia River. You will have access to a beautiful dock and huge Sundek. Bring your Boat and fishing rods or skis. (Boat Docking on premises) Excellent Fishing and Wakeboarding. In minutes you can be in Tampa Bay, Williams park boat ramp is just a few minutes away. If it's your lucky day you can see manatees, dolphins, snook, redfish, sharks, stingrays and more right from the dock!

The space
The downstairs level is separate from the top with it's own kitchen, living area, entrance, parking, 50 and 43 IN TV's, etc. Host lives on top two floors. It's a very nice space with one bedroom with queen bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 pull out sofa sleeper, full kitchen, and one bathroom.

Guest access
Private entrance with 1 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, back patio, washer/dryer and a shared dock.

Other things to note
If you're looking for a nice waterfront restaurant we often visit Fin's or Circles in Apollo Beach, Joia on Gibsonton Drive, Rivers Edge or Tiki Docks on the Alafia, & Little Harbor in Ruskin. All noted restaurants are 5-20 mins away! The International Independent Showmen's Association Event Center and Museum is close to property and they have tours of the Museum. It can sometimes be noisy during some events.( A few days a year). Please check for times and dates before booking if you have concerns.
